A four-day residential programme that takes senior students out of the classroom and into a setting built for reflection, ambition and honest conversation about the future.
Students work through leadership and communication training, career planning, university personal statements and interview preparation — then test all of it in front of professionals who have walked those paths.
The retreat closes with an educational and cultural tour of Accra, so the learning is anchored to a place and a set of people, not just a workbook.
