A working retreat for business leaders who need to move past AI headlines and into decisions they can defend to a board.
Three structured training days cover where AI creates real commercial advantage, how to evaluate it against your own operations, and how to build and govern it responsibly — worked through on your business, not a case study.
Around the training sits a curated beachfront experience on the Kenyan coast: a leisure day, the Indian Ocean, and the kind of unhurried conversation that only happens away from the office.
