From first programmes to a group of companies
2017
EnLight is founded
EnLight begins delivering training and development work in Nigeria, built around curated learning experiences rather than off-the-shelf courses.
2018 – 2024
Practice, paused
A full-time university appointment puts EnLight's commercial work on hold, while the founder builds a decade of institutional experience in higher education and international recruitment.
2025
Relaunch
EnLight relaunches with a sharpened proposition: curated business and educational solutions, delivered end to end across the continent.
2026
Ghana and the group structure
The Future Leaders Retreat in Ghana marks the first programme of the new chapter, and EnLight Tourism & Logistics Services Ltd is incorporated alongside the education business.
2027
Diani and beyond
The AI Leadership Retreat in Diani takes EnLight into executive training in partnership with specialist technical organisations.
